First Visit: What to Expect

Before You Arrive

  • Appointment Confirmation – You’ll receive an email or SMS reminder with the date, time, and department location.

  • Documents to Bring – Photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), referral letter, and any previous medical reports.

  • Arrival Time – Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes early to allow for check-in

On Arrival

  • Reception & Registration – Our front desk team will guide you through the registration process and provide your patient ID card.

  • Wayfinding Support – Clear signage and hospital staff will help you find your department quickly.

  • Comfort Facilities – Waiting areas are equipped with WiFi, refreshments, and seating for families.

Billing & Insurance Information

Transparent Billing

  • At Nova Salus Hospital, we believe in clear and upfront pricing.

  • Patients receive an estimate of charges before admission or treatment.

  • Itemized bills are provided for every consultation, procedure, and service.

Payment Options

  • Accepted Methods: Cash, debit/credit cards, online payments, and bank transfers.

  • Flexible Payment Plans: Available for major treatments and surgeries (subject to approval).

  • On-site Billing Office: Open Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM for all queries.

Insurance Coverage
